We regularly advise and represent real estate developers, investors, property owners, lenders, borrowers and governmental entities in a wide range of land use and development matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, commercial finance restructuring, assemblages, project finance, land use entitlements, development incentives, zoning and real estate litigation. We also provide legal services to owners, landlords, tenants, and property managers engaged in retail development and leasing transactions. We are experienced in single-asset and portfolio transactions, involving office buildings, shopping centers and other retail properties, hotels, casinos and resorts, multifamily properties, planned residential communities, warehouse and industrial properties. We employ a multi-disciplinary team with a broad scope of experience to address the challenges of today’s real estate market, including foreclosures, workouts, and purchases of defaulted loans and REO. We are experienced in real estate, finance, litigation, bankruptcy, construction law, association and condominium law, environmental law, zoning and land use. We capitalize on our multi-disciplinary team and affiliate attorneys to advise clients faced with both the challenges of declining real estate values and capital market uncertainty, as well as, with investment opportunities presented by the marketplace.
